Kerr has been awarded the ACT 2009 College Readiness Award! This award is for significantly increasing ACT Composite scores, student participation, and improving college readiness over the past 5 years.

The education advocacy group Children at Risk.org has named Kerr 9th in the top 10 schools in the Houston area.

Kerr High School through its stakeholders will facilitate students’ continuous development of analytical and creative thinking skills that will lead to a path of independent, lifelong learning.

We are looking forward to the beginning of a brand new school year and hope you are as well. The staff is working hard to get things running as smoothly as possible.

Fish camp was a big hit and we hope that all of the new incoming freshmen enjoyed themselves and got a lot of valuable information from the Kerr upperclassmen. We really enjoyed meeting you.
